Does it actually stop the head falling sideways?
That is the whole point of it. A normal travel pillow supports the back of the neck and lets the head swing across to the window anyway. The side panels here sit where the head falls, so it is held before it gets there.
Is it safe to use with a car seat or booster?
It attaches to the headrest, not to the harness, the seat belt or the child seat structure, so it does not interfere with how the restraint works. Fit it so your child can turn their head freely, and never route the strap across the belt path.
What age is it for?
It is sized for children rather than adults, and the strap adjusts, so it suits most kids old enough to sleep sitting up in a forward-facing seat. It is not intended for infants or rear-facing seats.

The nap that ends in a sore neck
Every parent knows the moment. Your child finally falls asleep in the back, and about ninety seconds later their head drops sideways and stays there for the next two hours. They wake up stiff, cranky, and blaming you for it.
SnoozeGuard catches the head instead of letting it fall. A padded band wraps around the sides of the head and loops onto the seat headrest with an adjustable strap, so the neck stays supported through corners, roundabouts and every bump in between.
Same child, same seat, same journey. The only thing that changed is what was holding their head.
How it works
The band sits across the forehead and down both sides of the head. The strap goes around the headrest and cinches to fit — once, on the first journey, and seconds after that.
Nothing attaches to the harness, the seat belt or the child seat itself. It comes off in one pull, and it packs flat enough to leave in the door pocket between journeys.
Why a normal travel pillow does not fix this
A U-shaped pillow supports the back of the neck. That is the wrong axis. Nothing in a car pushes a sleeping child's head backwards — gravity takes it sideways, towards the window, and a neck pillow lets it go there.
