How it works
Setup takes about five minutes on your end, one time. After that it just works.
- 1
Tell us your business
Type your business name into the field above. We find your Google review page and write it to the stand before we ship it.
- 2
Put it where people pay
Counter, front desk, checkout, reception. It stands on its own, so there is nothing to stick down and nothing to install.
- 3
They tap. You get the review.
Your customer holds their phone near it. Your Google review page opens. They tap five stars and they are done.
Where it goes and what it does
Swap any of these for your own photos, GIFs or videos in the theme editor.
Your review system is the problem, not your service
Your competitor down the street isn't better at the job than you. He just stopped relying on things that don't work.
- A QR code on the counter nobody scans
- Follow-up emails that die in spam
- Paper cards in the truck footwell
- Monthly software you keep paying for
- Asking, forgetting, then asking again in six months
- One tap. No camera, no app, no aiming
- You ask while they are still standing there, happy
- A stand that lives where money changes hands
- One payment. Yours forever.
- A system anyone on your team can run in three seconds
Get picked before they even call
Most people never scroll past the first three results. Reviews are how you get into them.

Why reviews decide who gets the call
We didn't invent the reason this matters. Here is what buyers in your market actually do.
Look at the second number. Seventy-four percent want reviews from the last three months. A wall of five-star reviews from 2023 does not count. Reviews are not a trophy you win once, they are a habit you need a system for.

Questions people ask before they buy
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Every iPhone since the XR and virtually every modern Android reads the stand with no app and nothing installed. They hold the phone near it and a notification pops up.
What if their phone doesn't support tap?
Every stand also carries a printed QR code. Tap covers about 90% of phones, the QR covers the rest. Nobody gets stuck.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes, that is where the reviews land. If you don't have one it is free and takes about ten minutes to create. Order the stand and we'll send you the walkthrough. If you get stuck, email us and we'll do it with you.
Does the customer need a Google account?
To post a review, yes. The overwhelming majority of smartphone users already have one. Anyone with an Android phone, a Gmail address or a YouTube login is already signed in.
Am I allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Asking customers for honest reviews is explicitly allowed by Google. What isn't allowed is buying reviews, paying or discounting in exchange for them, or only asking the happy ones, which is called review gating. RaveMark asks everyone the same way, which keeps you on the right side of it.
Does it collect any customer data?
No. The chip stores one thing: a link. It cannot read anything off the phone, cannot track anyone, and doesn't need an internet connection itself.
Where should I put it?
Wherever money changes hands or people wait: counter, front desk, checkout, reception. One note, metal surfaces interfere with the chip. If your counter is stainless steel, the stand keeps it clear of the metal, which is exactly why it stands instead of sticking down.
Can I move it or change the link later?
Yes. The chip is rewritable. Change locations, rebrand, or point it somewhere else entirely using a free phone app. The Playbook shows you how in about two minutes. Try that with a stand locked to someone's activation platform.
Does it need power or Wi-Fi?
Neither. It draws the tiny amount of energy it needs from the customer's phone. Nothing to charge, nothing to connect, nothing to break.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Then you get your money back. If your Google review count hasn't gone up 30 days after your stand arrives, email us your before-and-after count and we'll refund you in full. You keep the stand.
